Super Modified race cars, or "Supermods," are some of the fastest short-track machines built for extreme speed and agility. With 700-900+ horsepower V8 engines, lightweight chassis, and offset designs, these open-wheel cars dominate oval tracks. Large top-mounted wings provide downforce, helping them hit 140+ mph on short tracks.

Get into the pinnacle of 1/18 R/C oval racing with family and friends with our new 1/18th Super Modified Car. The 1RC Super Modified Race Car offers an excellent introduction to R/C Oval Racing, perfect for newcomers and experienced racers. This ready-to-run package allows you to start racing shortly after taking it out of the box.

The 1RC Racing Super Modified Car includes a 2.4GHz interference-free transmitter, receiver, standalone electronic speed controller, and steering servo. It also has a 5-cell NiMH battery and an 8700Kv brushless motor, providing outstanding speed and hours of maintenance-free enjoyment.

The design of the 1RC Racing Super Modified Car's chassis is to look, tune, and drive like a full-size race car. The 1RC Racing Super Modified features an open-wheel design with a scale offset chassis, wheels, and tires. The chassis with the faux big block V8 engine and driver are positioned to the left to enhance cornering. The 1RC Racing Super Modified features a realistic tubular-style chassis, metal front, rear, and side bumpers, and a realistic metal front axle. The rear axle assembly includes high-impact composite radius rods, a Panhard bar, and adjustable coil-over friction shocks. The scale details continue to the body with a sizeable top-mounted wing, creating massive downforce. On the front of the Super Modified is a nose wing to further add to the scale detail and to increase downforce. Like all 1RC Racing cars, each Super Modified Car contains full ball bearings.

The 1RC Racing Super Modified Car comes in three color options: red, black, and clear. It also includes number and logo sticker sheets to customize your car. The Hoosier-branded HT (high traction) tires are mounted on chrome racing wheels, providing an authentic look and excellent traction.
