Cart Checkout Issues

Hi Everybody,

We have had some customers reach out to us and say they have issues checking out in the cart checkout screen and that there transaction was declined.  We researched this and our payment gateway is saying that the billing information entered for the order does not match the billing information your credit card company has on file.  If you have trouble checking out, please reach out to your credit card company and verify this info.  In most instances it has to do with the street address and/or zip code you entered for your order not matching the street address/zip code you credit card company has one file.

If you verify all the info and still have issues placing an order, please contact us and we will research the issue asap and get right back to you so you can complete your order.
