Pennsylvania sales or use tax may be due in connection with the purchase and delivery of tangible personal property to Pennsylvania individuals and businesses.

Ordering Issues
If a product will only let you add it to you wish list, this is because the item is out of stock. Our system does not allow back orders.
If you are having issues with your credit card payment going through during the checkout process there are the following reasons the payment might not be processing:
- Incorrect CVV Code - This is the 3 digit code on your credit card
- The address you entered under the billing information does not match what your credit card company has on file
- The postal code you entered under the billing information does not match what your credit card company has on file
Please contact your credit card company to verify this information. They will not release your payment until this information matches 100%, this is to prevent fraud on your credit card account.
If you are trying to pay with PayPal and having issues, try using a different internet browser. You can also try clearing your internet cache and internet cookies.

Shipping
We will not automatically combine multiple orders you might have placed with us, this will only do this if you request it on the order or by sending us an email requesting it.
Some orders may ship with adult direct signature required.
At this time we can only ship to the 50 United States, Australia and New Zealand. We do not offer shipping to any country other than the 50 United States, Australia and New Zealand. Please check back often or follow us on our social media sites for updates on new countries we add.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items, within 10 days of delivery for a purchase price refund, less a 20% restocking fee and less any shipping charges associated with the original order for the item, 1RC Racing does not refund any charges associated with shipping charges. We only accept returns on items that were purchased directly through the 1RC Racing website by the person requesting the return. All items that are returned will be inspected by 1RC Racing upon there retrun to ensure the package has not been opened and once that is completed 1RC Racing will then issue the refund for the item. If 1RC Racing determines a returned item has beeen opened, 1RC Racing will not issue a refund for that item. The person requesting the return is responsible for all the return shipping charges for any items they are requesting a return on, 1RC Racing does not cover any shipping charges for a return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after 1RC Racing receives the item, however, in many cases you may receive a refund quicker.
